My opinion
There are various social problems in Japan.
Currently, Japan is supported by great amount of 24-hour shops such as beef bowl-shop, convenience store, and other entertainment facilities. Among them, I express my opinion about convenience store. It is very useful to be able to use them regardless of time. But Most of them have three big problems. The first one is a problem of employees, the second is a problem of customers and third is management problem. Employee problems are mainly caused by night shift. Generally, numbers of people who want to work at the daytime are more than want to work at night. It is difficult to collect enough worker of night shift at the store that is open all year round. As a result, the manager or a part-time worker who is not good at refusing will allocate for a continuous night shift. And they will lose physical condition and cannot work firmly. However, worker of day shift is hard to understand it and think they are lazy. In this way occurs an instinctive mistrust at workplace. Customer’s problems are shoplifting, complainer, browsing for a long time, throwing out garbage and so on. There are many such customers at convenience stores, and they are quite unabashed. There are causes as following. Two people are always working at a convenience store. Only two people have to do all work including customer service, cleaning, display of products and cooking, so cannot store monitor adequately. In addition, there are many times when there is no manager, it is hard to show a strong attitude to customer. Management problems are the most troublesome. In convenience stores the relationship between workers and management is very thin. The haed office staff rarely comes to the store, and does not talk to part-time job worker. It is difficult for part-time job worker to communicate opinions to the haed office staff and the haed office staff understand current status of the site. As a result, the store manager suffers from this situation. Convenience store is very convenient. But I never thought it was a good system.Flexible management system is necessary for improving the working environment and custmer do not forget that this convenience is supported by a lot of people including who do not want it. Opinion about another person's
I read the opinion of Huziwara. I was very interested.I think that accidents caused by elderly drivers will become increasingly important issues in the future in japan as well. But part of his opinion for this issue was different from my opinion.
He says it is necessary to increase the number of classes and raise the line of competence inspection and returning a license based on the test results for prevention of Accidents by the Elderly. But I do not think so. Because I think that elderly people will ride a car even if they return my license. They probably have a car if they have a license. Even if they return the license they will keep their car. It is difficult to instinctively understand that suddenly they will not be able to drive because they have experience driving for more than 50 years. So they may think that a short distance is fine. In addition, there are many areas where it is difficult to highly construct services such as taxis and delivery. In such areas, they “need” to drive a car in their daily life. Receiving service every day is a great economic burden. I agree to increase the number of classes and raise the line of competence inspection. To take gradual treatment is more effective than to suddenly order return of license. For example, it is to incorporate a system that cannot have a speed higher than a certain level to the car. Depending on the result of the ability test, they are limited the maximum speed of the car. Also, I think that obliging the "automatic driving system" which is rapidly spread now is also a good choice. By preparing and giving cars with performance matching their ability, elderly people will be able to move without stress in this way. There are many elderly drivers in Japan and they will continue to increase in future. However, cracking them severely can cause other problems because cars are very important in current Japanese society. I believe that it is more effective to create a system that enables elderly people to act with their own power than full-fledged support for the elderly on this issue. |
